LAS CRUCES, N.M. (NMSU Media Relations)-With the second WAC Tournament Championship in three years, the New Mexico State men's basketball team meets No. 15 Indiana in the second round of the NCAA Tournament, Thursday, March 15 in Portland, Ore.

The Aggies are a No. 13 seed (26-9, 10-4 WAC) in the South Regional, while the Hoosiers are a No. 4 seed (25-8, 11-7 Big Ten). NM State is making its 19th NCAA Tournament appearance in school history after winning the 2012 WAC Tournament with an 82-57 victory over Louisiana Tech, March 10.

Indiana enters the tournament after a 79-71 loss to Wisconsin in the Big Ten Tournament, March 9. This is the second meeting between the Aggies and Hoosiers. Indiana won the first meeting, 74-68, in Bloomington, Ind., Dec. 7, 1961.

Tickets for the NCAA Tournament will go on sale Monday, March 12. Season ticket holders and Aggie Athletic Club members will be able to order tickets from 8 a.m. to noon, with any remaining seats going on sale at noon on Monday through the Pan American Center ticket office at 575-646-1420. Prices are to be determined based on location.
