Mollie Lehman joined the WAC staff in August of 2007 and is the Associate Commissioner for Business and Operations. She is primarily responsible for handling all the accounting, finance, and human resource functions within the Conference. Lehman also oversees and manages all activities related to the sport of softball. She is the primary liaison to the Conference Finance Committee and has served on various roles within the NCAA, including serving on the Honors Committee, volunteering for the Women's Final Four Yes Clinics, and speaking at the Women's Basketball ‘So You Wanna Be A Coach' program.

Lehman previously spent two years with the America East Conference where she served as the business manager and assisted with sport administration and championships. In addition, she coordinated all officiating assignments for the conference's six officiating bureaus.

Prior to the America East, Lehman served four years as a program's assistant at Binghamton University where she created, developed, and directed an event management program that encompassed 19 sports. In addition, she assisted in the areas of academics, compliance, and directed the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She also spent one year as an assistant softball coach at the University.

The northern NY native received her bachelor's degree in mathematics from Binghamton University in 2000. She was a four year softball student-athlete and was honored with the John Bilos Award, which recognizes outstanding career performance in athletics. Lehman completed her Masters of Business Administration in 2007 from the University of Colorado Denver.
