Brigham Young 8, Nevada 0 (5)
Four home runs, including a three-run shot by Delaney Willard that made the senior the new WAC RBI single-season record holder, led the BYU softball team to an 8-0 five-inning win at Nevada on Friday. Willard's bomb over the center field fence in the fourth inning brought in three runs to break the previous record of 77 RBI. Willard now has 80 this year with a minimum of least four games still to play this season. Hannah Howell struck out eight, tying a career high in just five innings for her second one-hitter of the season.

Fresno State 4, Louisiana Tech 0
Fresno State remained perfect at home in WAC play with a 4-0 win over Louisiana Tech at Bulldog Diamond Friday. Michelle Moses earned the complete-game shutout, her 21st win of the season, scattering four hits while striking out six. She was also 2-for-3 at the plate, scoring one run and driving in another.

New Mexico State 1, San Jose State 0
New Mexico State posted its first conference road win of the season with a 1-0 victory over San Jose State at SJSU Field Friday afternoon. Malena Padilla hit a two-out RBI single up the middle to score the lone run of the game. Celisha Walker picked up her seventh win of the season, while Alex Newman earned her fourth save of the season by blanking the Spartans over the final two innings.
